Founded in 1978 in Plymouth, Indiana as Real Estate Management Corporation, our company approaches the management of each of its accounts with the same conviction and sense of pride. Now operating as Bradley Residential Management, our credo remains the same: “We manage each property as if it were our own.”

Bradley Residential Management is the largest for-fee property management company in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan with over 2,003 housing units throughout 12 counties in Indiana and Michigan. We do not own income properties which compete with our fee management assignments, thereby assuring our clients that we will effectively identify and provide for the needs of each assignment without the financial and marketing distractions caused by conflicting property ownership.

Bradley Residential Management is a quality, full-service property management company that assists our clients in maximizing the overall value of real estate assets by reducing operating costs, enhancing service levels and re-engineering relevant processes. Bradley Residential is also the sister company to CBRE | Bradley, a commercial real estate brokerage, property management and consulting firm. Together, both companies employ more than 150 professionals working to service northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.

We handle in excess of $600,000 per month in receipts and disbursements for clients and has a demonstrated expertise for quality financial responsibility and reporting. Bradley Residential’s expertise extends to

• conventional apartments,
• condominiums and HOA’s (Homeowners Associations),
• student housing and
• governmentally subsidized housing including:
  • Section 515, Section 202, Section 236, Section 221(d)4, Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.

Our Credentials
Bradley Residential Management is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). As such we have satisfied the accreditation requirements and maintain the high standards of the AMO® program as established by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a member institute of the National Association of Realtors®, regarding staffing of employees, ongoing financial stability and adherence to strict organizational policies and procedures and a very strict Code of Ethics. Our management services are organized and supervised by individual Certified Property Managers® at Bradley Residential Management. Individuals with CPM® designations are part of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a member institute of the National Association of Realtors®.
