Assistant Business Manager

Summary/Objective:

The Assistant Business Manager is under the general supervision of the Business Manager or General Manager.  The major areas of responsibility include assisting the Manager and the Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives.  The Assistant Business Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property.  In the Manager’s absence, the Assistant supervises and schedules maintenance and on-site personnel. The Assistant works with property manager, administrative division staff, staff members of other developments, outside vendors and service providers.

Building Engineer II (Electrical Maintenance)

Summary/Objective: 

The Building Engineer (BE) is responsible for operating, maintaining and repairs of equipment within our managed facilities.  The Building Engineer demonstrates professional competency in performing multidisciplinary engineering activities as directly related to the plant/facilities operating environment without any disruption of service. 

This is a ‘hands on’ and will have multi building responsibility primarily focused on electrical related maintenance, but will also have other building related responsibilities.  A strong knowledge in commercial and industrial electrical is a necessity.

Summary/Objective: 

The Building Engineer (BE) is responsible for operating, maintaining and repairs of equipment within our managed facilities, specifically focused on the Operations of Boiler, Chillers and Central Plant Operations. The Building Engineer demonstrates professional competency in performing multidisciplinary engineering activities as directly related to the plant/facilities operating environment without any disruption of service.  This is a ‘hands on’ and has to have the ability to manage other team members and positions working with electrical and mechanical service tools and diagnostic equipment.

The position works a 4-day schedule, 10 hours per day from 6am-4:30 pm, typically Mon-Thu. $12-15/hr depending upon experience.
