The Assistant Community Manager is under the general supervision of the Community Manager. The major areas of responsibility include assisting the Community Manager and Property Manager or Regional Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property. In the Community Manager’s absence, supervises and schedules maintenance and on-site personnel. Works with property manager, administrative division staff, staff members of other developments, outside vendors and service providers.
