Our client was challenged with providing a consistent service model for leasing and high level real property administration for 38 properties in six (6) different counties. Determining physician and departmental needs for these non-ambulatory medical office buildings, leasing strategy and total cost of occupancy was not a core competency for existing staff.

In 2015, Horizon Bank expanded their portfolio by acquiring fifteen of the People’s Federal Saving Bank branches. The newly acquired branches had deferred maintenance and also needed to be modified to Horizon Bank standards. They needed a thorough analysis of each of the branches to determine the level of deferred maintenance and estimated cost to remedy.
