Experience

Mr. Linder has over 20-year experience in executive management with multi-state/international leadership and management experience in Corporate Management, Facilities and Construction/Real Estate Management. Responsibilities includes financial analysis, profit and loss accountability, new business vision and development, team member development, project and asset management, direction of the strategic business process and implementation. A result oriented individual possessing proven abilities in the area of teamwork, brand development, motivation, innovation, and strategic leadership

Prior to Bradley Company, Mr. Linder serves as the Regional/Area Operations Leader for CBRE (GWS) for several accounts throughout the Midwest. He is responsible for execution of best-in-class real estate operations, facilities management, and project management, Client/Customer services through a programmatic and replicable approach that delivers standardization, excellent quality, talent development, customer experience and cost leadership.

Mr. Linder served as Director of Real Estate, Global Account COO and Managing Director of Outscoring for CBRE. Responsible for providing the leadership and strategic business development to a team of 11 direct reports, 100 + indirect reports, 1200 properties, 12 million square feet of Real Estate in 16 states and Latin America. Responsibilities include providing the strategic and implementation management for multiple business segments: Real Estate Operations (Facilities Management, Energy Solutions, Lease Administration, Site Acquisition and Disposition) and Program/Construction Project Management (Engineering, Design & Construction Development).

Responsible for P&L performance for multiple lines of businesses ranging from Distribution Centers, Corporate Class A office space, Mission Critical Facilities, Retail Banking Centers to TV Stations, including the development of a 22 million dollar operating budget and a 30 million dollar capital budget. Responsible for capital and expense dollar management.

Mr. Linder served as a Portfolio Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He was responsible for providing leadership and strategic business development to a team of 15 direct reports, 348 properties, and 3.9 million square feet of real estate of properties in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Mr. Linder also served as Regional Manager for Target Stores in their property development division for the Midwest and East Coast Markets and provided the Vision and Leadership for a team of 12 direct reports and a team of 200+ team members in an 18 state area.
