INDUSTRIAL

Olive Cleveland Distribution Center

Bradley Company has teamed with Great Lakes Capital Management to attract tenants to this 312,000 SF, 19+ acre distribution center with immediate access to 80/90 Toll Road and US 31 Bypass. Building I is 100% leased while Building II has recently finished construction and has since been sold to an owner-occupier.

Toscana Park

Property manager for Toscana Park, a 220,000 SF retail development in Granger, Indiana.

OFFICE

Leighton Plaza Office Building

With creative planning from the team, the property in South Bend, Indiana has gone from 45% occupancy to its current stabilized 100%. Bradley Company is now the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the 60,000 SF building along with the connected plaza and 12,000 SF Michigan Street Shops retail center.

Edison Lakes Office Portfolio

Bradley Company represented a private equity partnership in their acquisition of a portfolio of office and medical properties totaling over 255,000 SF of office and medical product in the Edison Lakes suburban office park in Mishawaka. The portfolio includes Two Edison Lakes, Three Edison Lakes, and several buildings within Edison Lakes Medical Center and the Park Place at Edison Lakes project. In addition to representing the buyer in the acquisition, Bradley Company is the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the portfolio.
