STRATEGY
Bradley Company’s management, maintenance and brokerage teams from three branch offices (Fort Wayne, South Bend and Indianapolis) devised a plan to inspect each of the client's properties. The team determined the strengths and weaknesses of each property and compiled a comprehensive proposal for property management and brokerage services. This was accomplished with a detailed proposal sent to the client within ten (10) days.
RESULTS
The client's executives, impressed by the speed and quality of Bradley Company’s proposal, turned over the entire eight (8) property portfolio to Bradley Company for property management and brokerage services. Each of the three Bradley Company branch offices worked together efficiently by selecting a single point of contact for the owner, which saved time and eliminated duplications. The partnership between our two companies has been both rewarding and effective in generating results to bring the greatest possible return on the client’s assets. In the following months:
