The 76-unit development is designed for adults age 55 and older. It features one and two-bedroom floorplans with monthly rents ranging from $625 and $1,000. In addition to a full complement of appliances, residents can enjoy covered porches, patios, private entrances, and attached garages.
The community, which is located north of Jefferson Point, is situated in a serene, parklike setting that allows for seniors to continue an active lifestyle. At nearly 75 percent completion, there is currently a waiting list for residents.
