Primal Kitchen, located at 7130 Heritage Square Dr., was looking to sublease or assign their lease over to a third party. Dealing with three parties and many moving parts, our team worked tirelessly to successfully allow Primal Kitchen out of their lease via an assignment to The Port of Peri Peri.

The space, located in Heritage Square at 7130 Heritage Square Dr., Granger, IN, will now be home to The Port of Peri Peri, a Portuguese-style chicken restaurant. The restaurant will be the 20th in the country and the third in the state of Indiana, with other locations in Indianapolis and Schererville.
