Construction is proceeding quickly on the first project funded through Indiana’s historic Regional Cities Initiative. Great Lakes Capital is the developer of this significant public-private partnership. Weigand Construction began its work in October 2016 and the roof of the building is scheduled to be installed by November 29, 2017.
