WARSAW- Bradley Company announced that their Fort Wayne office has closed on the sale of Lake City Plaza, a shopping center located at 1130-1140 US Route 30 in Warsaw. Procuring broker Steve Chen aided the property’s sale to Bajco Global Management, LLC.

Lake City Plaza sits on 2.5 acres and incorporates a vast array of attractive tenants that will benefit the community. Some of those tenants include McAllister’s Deli, as well as Moe’s Southwest Grill, a Verizon Wireless store, Meijer, and a Starbucks coffee shop that will include a drive-thru.

Bajco Global Management, LLC owns and operates Papa John’s restaurants in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Canada. The company was incorporated in 2007 in both Michigan and Ohio and has been expanding ever since.

“The site is a newly built Meijer outlot with national tenants as well as long term leases with corporate signatures. That combination made it the perfect location for my client to expand their investment portfolio,” said Bradley broker Steve Chen.
