Bradley Company announced that their South Bend office closed on the sale of a 36,828 SF industrial building located at 3107 Kenmore St. in South Bend. Listing brokers Jeremy McClements and Bailey Sexton aided the property’s sale to Hoosier Springs Co.

Sitting on 2.74 acres of land this property is in a prime industrial hub of Northwest South Bend with proximity to I-80/90 toll road and US 20 bypass.  This space was built in 1993 with additions in 2006 and 2013. With 5,000 SF of office space, two dock doors, one overhead door, and ample parking it’s not surprising Hoosier Springs chose this building to expand its company.

Hoosier Springs has been in the business of manufacturing compression springs for over three generations. They also specialize in heat treatment, as well as, inspection of precision springs and wires for the world’s most advanced aerospace, military, nuclear (Navy and commercial), and industrial companies.

“It was a pleasure working with both the seller and buyer on this deal. It is always refreshing to see a company expand their business here in South Bend,” said Bradley Company broker Jeremy McClements.
