Bradley Company Brokers Piece Together the Perfect Fit with Port of Peri Peri in Granger
South Bend – Bradley Company’s John Jessen, Gage Hudak, and Matt Wetzel recently represented Primal Kitchen in a complex leasing transaction. Primal Kitchen, located at 7130 Heritage Square Dr., was looking to sublease or assign their lease over to a third party. Dealing with three parties and many moving parts, our team worked tirelessly to successfully allow Primal Kitchen out of their lease via an assignment to The Port of Peri Peri.
“As the brokers representing the former tenant, our goal was to relieve our client from all lease obligations by assigning the lease to a third party. Assignments tend to be complex transactions because in addition to the negotiation between the assignor and assignee, the landlord holds the final say which often requires additional negotiation. We were excited to get this deal to the finish line. Not only did we successfully do our job, we also gained a new, great place to eat.” – Gage Hudak
The space, located in Heritage Square at 7130 Heritage Square Dr., Granger, IN, will now be home to The Port of Peri Peri, a Portuguese-style chicken restaurant. The restaurant will be the 20th in the country and the third in the state of Indiana, with other locations in Indianapolis and Schererville.
