Craig Sroda joined Bradley Company in 2019 and serves as the Chief Information Officer. In this role, Craig is responsible for developing the company’s information technology strategy and aligning a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy. He leads the effort to continuously improve business processes through automation, integrations while leading the company through technology and cultural shifts.
Over the past 30 years of his professional career, Craig has provided technology vision to hundreds of companies. Craig, was the CEO and co-founder of Pinnacle of Indiana for 18 years. Pinnacle was one of the largest Microsoft Partners in Northern Indiana helping companies develop their technology and strategy. As CEO, Craig was focused on educating consumers on IT resources that build business value, automated processes and drove business automation.
Craig’s goal throughout life has been to help others know their strengths, understand their why, and live on purpose with purpose. He is passionate about people, leadership, culture, continuous learning and mentoring. His mission is to help individuals be better than they thought they could be. Craig has been an Executive Forums peer group leader and leads their annual retreats helping business leaders continuously improve personally and professionally. After selling Pinnacle of Indiana in 2012, Craig achieved his Life Planning certification from the Patterson Group and written a few books on life planning and living on purpose. He also helped a few companies to develop leadership plans, business strategies, and technology roadmaps prior to joining Bradley Company.
