Denny Guess joined Bradley Company in 2023 and serves as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she guides and manages our Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Denny is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources functions. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the Human Resources field. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Greystone Property Management Corporation in Indianapolis. She currently serves on the Benefits Advisory Board for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and volunteers for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana. She has both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, along with a Master of Science in Operations and Technology Management from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
