Client Services Manager

Emily joined Bradley Company in June of 2017 as transaction coordinator for the Merrillville brokerage team, a position she still holds today. In her role as Client Services Manager, she also oversees the brokerage support department, managing six people out of eight offices. In this role, Emily is the resident expert in all systems, processes, and operations used in brokerage support, ensuring the highest level of service for our sales professionals and clients.

Prior to her time at Bradley Company, Emily was a Sales Manager for a privately owned Verizon Wireless retailer. Serving in this role for over ten years, Emily was part of a small team competing with big box competitors. Providing expert-level knowledge and outstanding customer service as a Sales Manager was critical to her success, and she brings that same level of dedication and passion to the team at Bradley Company.
