Tammy Wheaton joined our team in September of 2021, and serves as Director of Operations in our Multifamily Property Management line of business. In the Director of Operations role, Tammy is focused on employee training and development, procurement, operational initiatives, efficiencies and developments, in addition to implementation and management of operating policies and procedures. Tammy graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She began her Property Management career in 1994, and spent 26 years with Gene B. Glick Company, where she rose through the ranks up to a Regional Property Manager position. She has extensive knowledge of the multifamily housing landscape, and ample experience working with all types of properties.
