Despite an adequate amount of space taken off the market in Q1, multiple properties such as the Cequent Towing Products, Sibley Machine, 3333 Kenmore, and others came online, bringing over 417,000 square feet to the market. Even with tightening inventory, there are still opportunities for companies looking for space and additional ability for expansion of facilities.


There is increasing interest in additional SPEC development to help supply the increasing demand for industrial space. Once the infrastructure for the New Carlisle Industrial Park is completed, over 1,000 acres will be made available for new developments, creating much interest from investors and developers.
