Nikki Nickell is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Bradley Company’s advisory and brokerage services team in the northern Indiana region. With a diverse background in real estate, Nikki brings hands-on experience in market analysis and detailed mapping projects designed to meet the needs of property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants. She joined Bradley Company in June 2024 as a Market Research & Brokerage Analyst, where she gained valuable expertise analyzing market trends, demographics, and critical data to support strategic real estate decisions.
Nikki leverages her strong foundation in marketing, creativity, communication, and entrepreneurial thinking to help clients navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, equipping her with the skills to connect people, cultivate opportunities, and deliver solutions that transform communities. Nikki’s dedication to making a difference extends beyond her professional work. She is an active volunteer with Cultivate Food Rescue in South Bend and has participated in philanthropic initiatives such as the Alzheimer’s Association “Walk to End Alzheimers”. Additionally, she is a member of the Women in Business After Hours networking group.
