Bradley Company, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Bradley”) value the privacy of individuals who visit the Bradley Web site (“Users”). This privacy policy sets forth Bradley’s guidelines for the collection, use, and disclosure of User-related information. This privacy policy governs all Web all pages operated under the root domain (“Site”). Use of the Site by any User signifies such User’s acknowledgment and acceptance of this privacy policy. Bradley may amend, alter, or modify this policy at any time, and any such revisions are effective upon posting on the Site.

All information, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, digital downloads, data compilations and software, provided by Bradley or third parties on or via the Site is the exclusive property of Bradley or the applicable third party and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Bradley and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.


Bradley makes no guarantee of the accuracy of any information related to marketed or serviced properties on the Site. Images of real estate and improvements on the site do not necessarily represent properties marketed or serviced by Bradley.


Links from the Site to a third party site may be provided for convenience of User. Bradley does not control or review these sites nor does the provision of any link imply an endorsement or association of any third party. Bradley is not responsible for and makes no representation or warranty regarding the contents, completeness, accuracy, or security of any materials on such sites.


By visiting the Site, User agrees that the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of use as well as any dispute of any sort between User and Bradley which may arise out of User’s use of the Site. User further agrees to only initiate litigation regarding the Site in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and User hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.


User agrees to receive electronic communications from Bradley. Bradley may communicate with User, including any notices required under these terms, the Sites’ privacy policy, or law, either by e-mail or by posting notice on the Site. User agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically by Bradley satisfy any requirements that such communications be in writing.
