Property Maintenance


Our team employs a timely, cost effective, and proactive approach to maintenance and repairs. We work to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of the property. Fully evaluating the physical condition of the property on an ongoing basis, we meet problems head-on. We maximize your value by making sure your property is operating in top condition at minimal cost.

  • Formal, ongoing inspection reports of common areas and building structures
  • 24-hour telephone service for emergencies or urgent need
  • Monthly reports delivered to you which review property operations and maintenance activity progress
  • Evaluation of maintenance functions with respect to reducing liability risk prior to implementation

Financial Management


Bradley Company places a special emphasis on administering the accounting and financial reporting for our clients. Our firm uses Yardi Voyager, an industry leader, for property management, accounting, and financial reporting. The financial information is presented in an informative, concise, and easy-to-understand format. 

Our accounting department provides services which include scheduled billing, vendor invoice processing, administration, and monthly financial reports.

We handle in excess of $2.5 million per month in collections for clients and have demonstrated expertise for quality financial responsibility and reporting.
