Tom Morrison is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker with Bradley Company’s central Indiana office. He specializes in retail, advising owners, investors, and occupiers on leasing and sales throughout the region. Tom’s strengths include site selection, purchase and sale negotiations, and identifying off‐market prime retail locations for clients. He brings a personable, relationship‐driven approach that builds trust and keeps assignments moving from first call to close.
Before joining Bradley Company, Tom was a Broker and Director of Sales at Baldwin Realty. He specializes in representing buyers and tenants and has closed deals across the country with national brands such as 7 Brew Coffee, Take 5 Oil Change, Take 5 Car Wash, and Meineke Car Care. Tom led new business development and also represented landlords and sellers, giving him a balanced perspective on both sides of the table. Earlier, Tom worked in outside sales with Yoder Oil, building territories and long‐term client relationships.
