With eight years of experience spanning multifamily and commercial real estate, Megan has managed a wide range of asset types and complex property operations. Prior to joining Bradley Company, she managed operations for one of Indiana’s largest mixed-use redevelopment projects, supporting office, retail, education, and healthcare properties. Her experience includes capital improvement planning, financial management, lease administration, vendor management, and operational strategy, helping owners maximize performance and preserve the long-term value of their investments.
