Charlene joined Bradley Company in July of 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Solutions. In this role she is for brokerage operations and management across all lines of business – Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Asset Services, and Multifamily Property Management – which includes collaborating with market leaders and sales professionals in their respective markets, focusing on operational efficiencies, achieving line of business performance goals, and providing exceptional customer service experiences.
 
Charlene is an expert in her field bringing with her 25 years of expertise in business and project management. Prior to working with Bradley Company, Charlene served as the Creative Solutions Operations Manager for GateHouse/Gannett, where she was responsible for full operational management of design for over 160 newspapers. This included, establishing performance metrics, managing staff across several different offices, and emphasis of the design process. Charlene also worked for Schurz Communications as the Director of Central Services and was responsible for many different centralized facets of Schurz publications.
