Tracey Schafer, J.D.

Fractional Chief Legal Officer

Tracey joined Bradley Company in 2025 as Fractional Chief Legal Officer, acting as strategic advisor to the executive team, helping guide the company’s growth while managing legal, regulatory, and governance risk. Tracey is practicing attorney with Anderson, Agostino & Keller, P.C. in South Bend, where she has been representing businesses, individuals, and municipalities in complex civil litigation and appellate matters for over a decade. Her practice areas have included personal injury defense, products liability, wrongful death claims, and commercial and municipal litigation, along with extensive trial and deposition work.

Before joining Anderson, Agostino & Keller, Tracey served as an associate attorney with Daniel G. Suber & Associates, where she built early experience in litigation strategy, legal research, and courtroom advocacy. Since her admission to the Indiana Bar in 2009, she has represented clients across multiple state and federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois, as well as matters in the Northern District of Illinois.

Across her career, Tracey has developed a reputation for diligence, strategic legal analysis, and steady leadership under pressure. In her role with Bradley Company, those strengths support internal operations, contract reviews, and risk assessment processes across the firm’s diverse business lines.

Tracey earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Purdue University in 2006. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois.

She is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association, and she has been recognized for strengths in civil litigation, business litigation, legal writing, and appellate practice. She has also received peer endorsements for legal research, depositions, trial practice, and courtroom performance.

In addition to her legal work, Schafer is active in local community initiatives. She serves as Treasurer of Plymouth United F.C., a youth soccer club serving families and athletes in northern Indiana. Her community involvement aligns with Bradley Company’s commitment to servant leadership and making a difference in the communities it serves.
