Mike Trevillian

Mike Trevillian serves as Executive Managing Director of Multifamily at Bradley Company, where he leads the firm’s multifamily property management platform, with a focus on scaling operations, strengthening performance, and driving continued expansion across the Midwest.
 
Mike brings more than 30 years of multifamily leadership experience and has overseen more than 11,000 apartment units across market-rate, student, mixed-use, and affordable housing. He has built a career on developing high-performing teams, improving NOI, and implementing disciplined operational systems that enhance both resident experience and long-term asset value.
 
Most recently, Mike served as Vice President of Property Management at Buckingham Companies in Indianapolis, During his tenure, he directed more than $125 million in acquisitions and led approximately $10 million in value-add projects and capital improvement programs that consistently exceeded pro forma expectations. Prior to Buckingham, he held senior leadership roles at Beztak Properties and Cohen-Esrey Communities, where he oversaw multi-state portfolios, executed large-scale capital initiatives, and led the turnaround of underperforming assets.
 
What sets Mike apart is how he leads. He builds aligned, accountable teams, develops future leaders through coaching and consistent follow-through, and stays close to the work, supporting onsite teams with the tools and standards they need to perform at their best. His approach is simple: get close to the work, develop the people, and hold the standard.
 
Outside of work, Mike serves on the board of Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Center, an equine-assisted therapy organization, and previously served as Board President from 2023 to 2025. He is also a trained Skywarn Spotter with the National Weather Service.
