Tom specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties. He enjoys commercial real estate because of the long-term relationships with his clients and the opportunity to work with great people. Tom guides his clients through the transaction process start-to-finish and uncovers hidden opportunities and diverts threats. He strives to be proactive, to help his clients experience a smoother transaction process. Tom aims to live up to his motto of "making a difference in the world of Commercial Real Estate."
Tom entered the commercial real estate business in 1983 as an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial (currently CBRE). After seven years as one of CB’s top producers, he joined his family’s 66-year-old real estate business, A.H.M. Graves, Realtors. For the next seven years, he experienced all aspects of operating a business with over 400 sales associates and employees. In 1997, his father sold the residential division of A.H.M. Graves to their larger competitor, F.C. Tucker, and Tom maintained the commercial division for the following eight years. In 2005, Tom merged his company with additional partners to form the present-day Bradley Company/RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
