Nathan is a diligent and detail-oriented professional who works on behalf of owners and tenants to acquire, dispose and lease real estate assets. In addition to his expertise in corporate solutions and private sector representation, Nathan services governmental entities, quasi-governmental entities, and municipal corporations, including the Indianapolis Airport Authority, Indiana Finance Authority, Indiana Department of Correction, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Department of Transportation, and Indiana Department of Administration. Nathan is also a licensed auctioneer, providing his clients an additional perspective for achieving their goals. As an experienced broker who adapts to every need, Nathan uses real estate as a tool and applies best practices to lower costs and maximize revenue to earn his clients’ satisfaction.
A born and raised Hoosier, Nathan attended North Central High School, graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington where he earned a degree in Finance & Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business, and now resides in Carmel with his wife and three children. Starting with an internship at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Bradley Company and obtaining his real estate license at the age of 19, Nathan has continued to grow with the company over the last 13 years.
