While Chad works across various sectors, he focuses on industrial, land sale/purchase, and office markets, applying his knowledge of the local economy to address his clients’ diverse needs.
Chad’s professional background spans nearly a decade in real estate, focusing on residential construction and design, as well as commercial design and development. He also founded a youth sports marketing business, partnering with local organizations to deliver targeted marketing solutions to specific demographics. This entrepreneurial venture sharpened Chad’s ability to navigate different industries and provide exceptional service across commercial real estate.
In addition to his real estate career, Chad spent 15 years in Emergency Medicine, providing critical in-flight and pre-hospital care at Adams County Hospital, Parkview, and Lutheran hospitals, serving Northeast Indiana and Western Ohio. His strong connections within the medical community enabled him to become actively involved in the commercial real estate development and placement of medical facilities, including urgent care centers, chiropractic clinics, audiology, optometry, specialized autism care centers, and lab work facilities. Chad’s contributions have been instrumental in expanding healthcare infrastructure, ensuring families throughout the region have improved access to essential services. He worked closely with healthcare providers to identify and secure optimal locations for these facilities, enhancing healthcare accessibility across Northeast Indiana and Western Ohio.
