Kim Collins, CPM®, is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Managing Director, Commercial Asset Services, for Bradley Company, AMO. In this dual capacity, Kim oversees Bradley’s commercial property and facilities management platform while supporting all lines of business and enterprise operations across the firm’s multifaceted real estate services business.
Since joining Bradley Company in January 2022, Kim has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s commercial asset services capabilities and operational excellence. Under her leadership, Bradley Company’s Property Management Team was awarded IREM Indianapolis’ AMO® of the Year in 2023. In 2025, she was honored as Executive of the Year by Midwest Real Estate News, recognizing her significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry.Kim brings more than two decades of property and facilities leadership experience across Indianapolis and Midwestern markets. Throughout her career, she has managed over 20 million square feet spanning office, industrial, flex, retail, and medical properties. Her background includes senior leadership and property/facilities management roles with CBRE, JLL, Duke Realty, REI Real Estate Services, and ProLogis.
A dedicated advocate for the property management profession, Kim serves as 2026 IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) International President-Elect. She has been actively involved with IREM since 2008 and earned her CPM® (Certified Property Manager) certification in 2011. Her IREM leadership includes serving as Indianapolis chapter president in 2016, Region 6 Regional Vice President (2019-2020), Board of Directors (2021-current), and membership on the National Membership & Credentialing Committee and Student Outreach Committee (2016-2018). Collins has received the CPM® of the Year award from her chapter in both 2013 and 2016, and her team at CBRE was awarded AMO® of the Year in 2017.
Collins earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio) and holds a Real Estate Brokerage License in the State of Indiana.
