The diverse multifamily portfolio of properties managed by Bradley Company includes student housing for graduate students at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. In addition to Fischer O’Hara Grace Graduate Housing, Bradley Company student housing also includes ND Properties. Notre Dame Housing provides premium accommodations for visiting faculty, staff, and graduate students at the university of Notre Dame. We offer fully-furnished homes and three story townhomes for visiting faculty and staff, as well as on-campus apartments available for graduate students.
This week is finals week for students on campus, and that means Bradley Company is offering free breakfast before finals. This is a bi-annual tradition at the end of each semester as a way of saying thank you and good luck to the hard working students we house.
All students are invited to select from bagels, donuts, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and more on the morning of May 5th, 2026.
