Bradley Company’s multi-family division currently oversees 3,700+ units across 62 communities, with occupancy rising to 93%. Lugar Tower in Indianapolis saw occupancy climb from 60% to 87%, earning commendation from Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita. Knox Garden Court and Garden Court Apartments earned top regional awards and NSPIRE inspection scores in the high 90s, reflecting best-in-class standards. The division added over 600 units of new business.
The Commercial Asset Services (CAS) division grew to manage 9.9 million square feet of commercial space including 8.5 million square feet in Indiana. This propelled Bradley Company from the 14th to the 7th largest commercial property management firm in Central Indiana, nearly doubling the portfolio size of the next competitor. Key new assignments in 2024 include Circle Tower, Keystone Shoppes, Intech Park in Indianapolis, Edison Lakes in South Bend, and Ace Hardware Stores across north-central Indiana.
Bradley Company earned the IREM Indianapolis Accredited Management Organization of the Year award. Justin Fuller received the Mollie Wood Scholarship, and Amber Torrence earned the IAA’s Sally A. Lentz Visionary Leadership Program scholarship. Key team members continue to shape the industry through leadership roles with IREM and BOMA, reinforcing Bradley Company’s dedication to advancing property management standards.
