Alonda Jenkins serves as a Regional Property Manager, Affordable Division. Her efforts focus on affordable properties in Marshall and Starke Counties. Her portfolio includes the thirteen properties making up the Garden Court properties as well as “The Paddocks” in Culver. In this role, she is responsible for managing assigned properties, overseeing property managers, and tenant relations. As a part of the leadership team, Alonda is actively involved in the training and support of new managers.

Alonda Jenkins joined Bradley Company in 2017 as an Assistant Regional Property Manager in the Affordable Division.

Prior to joining Bradley Company, Alonda served as a Property Manager of a 90-unit LIHTC multfamily property and has over eleven years of experience in property management.
