Brianna Gladding

Brianna Gladding joined the Bradley Company team in 2019 and currently serves as Director of Brokerage Performance and Research. In this role, she leads the operational and performance functions of the Brokerage platform, overseeing pipeline, production, and performance reporting across all markets. She also leads the Research team, aligning market intelligence with pipeline activity and overall business performance.
 
She oversees commission invoicing and deal closeout processes and partners closely with Accounting and Market Leaders on accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial review. Brianna drives consistency across brokerage systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures while supporting vendor management and operational improvements across markets.
 
Prior to her current role, Brianna served as Manager of Brokerage Operations and Support, where she oversaw the Brokerage Services team and managed day‑to‑day brokerage operations across all markets. She previously held roles as Client Services Manager and Transaction Coordinator, providing marketing and transaction support for the Grand Rapids brokerage team. Bri’s earlier professional experience includes positions with The Bull’s Head Tavern and State Farm Insurance, where she developed a strong foundation in client relationships and identifying tailored insurance and financial service solutions.
