Chad Bocock

Chad Bocock joined Bradley Company in 2022 as a Data Specialist in the Indianapolis office and market. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1998. Chad started in Accounting and then transitioned into Financial Analysis, where he provided consulting services and was responsible for underwriting transactions involving leasing, development, building and land acquisitions and dispositions. Chad later transitioned into an industrial leasing position, where he was responsible for leasing a large portfolio. Chad later transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage at Resource Commercial Real Estate and then later transitioned back to Duke Realty as a Research Analyst.
