Gage earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University with a concentration in finance. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, reflecting advanced expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and investment strategy. Prior to brokerage, Gage worked as a Market Research Analyst, which provided a strong foundation in economic trends, market fundamentals, and data driven decision making. In addition to his brokerage work, Gage serves on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Indiana Chapter, contributing to professional development and leadership within the commercial real estate industry.
