Gage Hudak, CCIM

Gage Hudak, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at Bradley Company in South Bend and one of the most active commercial real estate brokers in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers of office, retail, and investment property.

Since 2017, Gage and his team have completed more than 900 transactions totaling over $450 million in value. They have closed more than 100 deals every year since 2021. Gage has led Bradley Company in total transactions every year since 2019. He has ranked as a Top 10 Broker every year since 2018 and a Top 5 Broker every year since 2022. He was named Bradley Company Rookie Broker of the Year in 2018.

What sets Gage apart is how he approaches a deal. He started his career at Bradley as a Market Research Analyst, where he built the market studies, comparable sales research, and valuation work behind the firm’s BOVs and proposals. That background, combined with his CCIM designation, means he underwrites every opportunity the way an investor would. He looks past the asking price to cash flow, lease structure, tenant credit, and exit value. Then he gives clients a clear recommendation backed by data.

Clients always know where their deal stands. Gage communicates directly and often, responds quickly, and gives a straight answer even when it is not the one the client hoped for. That approach has built long-term relationships with owners, investors, and occupiers across the region, many of whom come back to him deal after deal.

Gage earned his BBA with a focus in finance from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. He is a graduate of the South Bend Mishawaka Leadership Emerge program and Signature Leadership Class 47.

Gage serves on the boards of Downtown South Bend, Inc., the Indiana CCIM Chapter, and the Edwardsburg Sports Complex. Outside of work, he spends his time with his 2 children, usually on the lake.
