Jeremy McClements joined Bradley Company in 2008. He primarily focuses on business development opportunities in the regional industrial market, with additional experience in the professional office market of both Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. Prior to joining Bradley Company, Jeremy spent six years in sales, Finance, and management for a large local automotive dealer group and an international telecommunications company.
His career of 17 years and over $330 million in completed transactions is a testament to his disciplined business development and emphasis on long-term client relationships. Notable transactions include the tenant representation of Haewoo Global at a 195,000 SF property in Kokomo and Westwood Manor, who leased 102,957 SF in Elkhart. Jeremy has proven to be an asset to his clients and find creative solutions to problems in order to execute on operational plans, build long term relationships, and close deals.
