Kevin VanHaitsma helps owners, developers, and investors across Michigan buy, sell, lease, and reposition commercial real estate — with deep specialization in industrial property, land, and investment opportunities.
He joined Bradley Company in October 2015 and now serves as Vice President, advising clients on strategic planning, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and portfolio management. While industrial, land, and investment properties are his core focus, he also represents clients in multifamily, office, and retail transactions throughout the state.
Before commercial real estate, Kevin spent a decade in the tennis and health club industry as operations manager and tennis manager at the Michigan Athletic Club in Grand Rapids. The Professional Tennis Registry named him Michigan State Member of the Year in 2014, and he held PTR’s highest teaching certifications in Adult Development, High Performance Juniors, and 10-and-Under Juniors.
Kevin and his wife Rachel have been married since 2011 and have three sons: Caleb, Bruce, and August. Outside of work, he’s usually with his family — on the golf course, on a tennis court, traveling, or fishing with his boys.
