Lacy Showers, CPM is a Managing Director with the Commercial Asset Services team. She focuses on setting the strategic direction for maximizing profitability goals for her portfolio of properties. She has over ten years of experience in commercial property management. In her most recent role, she was responsible for over 700,000 SF of Class A & B office and industrial buildings.
Lacy is very active in the commercial real estate world, participating in several committees and organizations. She earned her Certified Property Management (CPM) title in 2017. She is currently serving as the Committee Chair for the United Way Facilities Maintenance Fund Committee. She has served on several councils and committees for the Institute of Real Estate Management, most recently as a IREM Governing Council Member for the 2021-2022 term. She is an active member of the IREM, Indianapolis chapter, where she served as Chapter President, and currently as Committee Chair. Lacy also serves on the Building Owners and Management Association Board.
