Matt Wetzel began his career at Bradley Company in 2013 as a brokerage support intern, and now holds the position of Senior Vice President. With a focus on industrial and land transactions in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan, Matt helps clients navigate deal complexities to achieve their business goals. Before joining Bradley Company, Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Western Michigan University.
Matt is an active member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the Commercial Real Estate Alliance, and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Matt serves as a board member of the Business Development Corporation (BDC), which primarily administers and originates 504 loans through the Small Business Administration. He currently participates in the Economic Development and Loan Audit committees and previously served on the Loan Approval Committee from 2023 to 2025. In addition, Matt was a board member for C.A.R.E. Elkhart, focusing on mentorship and literacy in Elkhart Community Schools.
