Nick joined Bradley Company in 2018 after graduating from Xavier University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. During college, he interned for three summers with the CEO of a healthcare real estate company, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, construction, and property management.
Nick advises clients across multiple asset classes, including data centers, flex, general office, industrial, land, medical office, and retail properties. He specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, buyer and tenant representation, and seller and landlord representation.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Nick combines extensive market knowledge, strong financial and analytical expertise, with strategic insight to help clients achieve their commercial real estate objectives. He is committed to delivering exceptional service, creative solutions, and successful outcomes for every client he represents.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, following sports, and giving back to his community.
