With a decade of experience in the West Michigan market, Peter Cachey specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Based in the Greater Grand Rapids area, he brings an analytical, process-driven approach to every transaction, helping clients—from local business owners to institutional investors—make informed decisions through data-driven analysis and disciplined negotiation.
He has additional experience in assemblage, adaptive reuse, and asset repositioning. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
