About

As a Commercial Broker with Bradley Company in Northeast Indiana, Shafiq Abdulrahim evaluates deals across retail, industrial, office, and investment properties through the eyes of an owner and tenant, ensuring every site strategy aligns with bottom-line profitability.

Drawing on a strong background in small business ownership and multi-channel operations, Shafiq understands the financial and operational realities that drive commercial property decisions. Whether an industrial tenant is evaluating supply chain logistics and flex space, an office user is right-sizing their footprint, or a retail operator is hunting for high-traffic sites, Shafiq analyzes the underlying unit economics of every asset to help clients eliminate hidden operational drag and secure terms built for sustainable growth.

Shafiq earned his degree in Public Management with a Minor in Economics from Indiana University. This analytical foundation allows him to bridge the gap between high-level economic data and street-level commercial execution. From guiding local entrepreneurs to advising established regional and national companies, his focus remains sharp: eliminating friction, risk mitigation, and maximizing ROI across all asset classes.

Prior to joining Bradley Company, Shafiq gained valuable experience across the telecommunications, technology, and retail industries. His professional background includes working with Centennial Wireless and AT&T, where he gained exposure to regional site strategy, corporate expansion, and infrastructure development. At Samsung, he managed enterprise client relationships and technology solutions, further developing his analytical approach to client acquisition and market positioning. Shafiq also owned and operated Cell Phone City, a local retail business in Fort Wayne, where he gained firsthand experience in site selection, landlord relationships, customer traffic, and daily business operations.

Outside of his work at Bradley Company, Shafiq spends his time with his wife, son and daughter, stays actively involved in the Fort Wayne community through youth sports and local organizations, and works on refining his golf game.
