Stan Phillips has over 50 years of experience in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate and asset management representing institutional, corporate, and individual clients across the United States, specializing in retail transactions throughout Indiana.
He is highly regarded as a Court Appointed Receiver by local, county, and federal courts for extensive receivership work with distressed assets in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
In Stan’s years in real estate, he has earned many accolades: Indiana Commercial Realtor of the Year (2015), National Association of Realtors® 2015 National Commercial Award, NAI Global Elite as Top Performer in a Tertiary Market, as well inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame.
