Sydney Jauregui joined Bradley Company in April 2026 as a Brokerage Services Coordinator, where she supports the brokerage team through transaction coordination, marketing, and operational processes that help ensure listings and client deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.
Before joining Bradley Company, Sydney gained experience in project management, business operations, and marketing through roles including Technical Program Management Intern in Business Intelligence at Parkview Health, Assistant to the Executive Director at United Way of Adams County, Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, and Student Project Manager at Ball State University.
Sydney earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ball State University and was selected as a member of the Miller Leadership Academy, a competitive scholarship and leadership development program within the Miller College of Business.
Passionate about organization, process improvement, and collaboration, Sydney enjoys finding ways to increase efficiency and support the success of her team while delivering a high level of service to clients.
