As a Property Manager with Bradley Company’s Commercial Asset Services team, Tiana is based in South Bend and brings extensive experience managing complex commercial real estate portfolios across Northern Indiana. Her
background includes oversight of more than 1 million square feet of medical, retail, industrial, office, and Class A commercial properties, with responsibility for property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Throughout her career, Tiana has managed portfolios of approximately 92 tenants, developed long-term capital plans, overseen capital improvement projects ranging from $300,000 to $1 million, and led teams of building engineers. Her focus on proactive property management and strong tenant relationships has contributed to high tenant retention and the successful lease-up of multiple properties to full occupancy.

Tiana holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation and has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 2021. She currently serves as President of the IREM Northern Indiana Chapter for the 2026–2027 term.
