Bradley Company recently celebrated the grand opening of Water Street Townhomes, our newest multifamily property located in Plymouth, Indiana. On Friday, May 15, 2026 we had the ribbon cutting for a new 14-unit residential property with one retail suite that Bradley Company will be managing.
The property manager will be Heather Martis. The new construction property features 1, 2 and 3-bedroom townhome units in the heart of downtown Plymouth.
