Vic Ayers joined Bradley Company in August of 2022 and currently serves as the Assistant Property Manager of Commercial Asset Services in Indianapolis. In this role, Vic assists in all aspects of the assigned portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties, including operations and financial activities. His responsibilities include vendor contract management, tenant communications, and monthly reporting. Prior to joining Bradley Company, Vic worked as a Title Assistant in Colorado and previously spent seven years as an E-Commerce Support operative and Web Operations Manager. He has a strong understanding of escrow funds, software programs, and customer support.
