Seasoned Real Estate Operations Leader Brings 30+ Years of Institutional Property Management, Financial Expertise, and Award-Winning Industry Service to Leading Midwest Firm
Bradley Company, the Midwest’s largest independently owned, full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today that Mary Paltani has joined the organization as Managing Director of Commercial Asset Services (CAS) – Northern Indiana, based in its South Bend office.
Paltani brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate operations, property management, and financial leadership, with a proven record of managing institutional-grade properties and delivering excellence across all facets of asset performance. Her appointment represents a significant addition to Bradley Company’s leadership team and underscores the firm’s continued investment in elevating its service delivery and operational depth across the region.
Institutional Expertise and Operational Excellence
Paltani spent over a decade with Hines, one of the world’s premier real estate investment firms, serving as General Manager for Class A office towers in Charlotte and Oklahoma City. She successfully managed LEED-certified properties totaling more than 1.8 million square feet—overseeing building openings, multimillion-dollar capital improvement programs, and daily operations to ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction.
Prior to Hines, she spent 11 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she advanced to Vice President/General Manager, managing landmark office properties in downtown Chicago. Her dual expertise in property operations and financial management—including her experience overseeing portfolio accounting for 31 properties—brings a unique strategic perspective to asset management

Industry Leadership and Financial Acumen
A respected leader in commercial real estate, Paltani has served as Board President of both BOMA Oklahoma City and BOMA Southwest Region, was a Founding Board Member of CREW OKC, and was named BOMA Member of the Year in 2018.
Paltani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DeVry Institute, both earned summa cum laude. Her strong financial acumen and controller-level experience bring an additional layer of strategic insight to Bradley Company’s asset management operations.
