Commercial real estate professional brings more than a decade of experience across development, leasing and property operations in West Michigan
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Bradley Company today announced that Elise Bassi Igoe has joined its Grand Rapids brokerage team, strengthening the firm’s presence and capabilities in West Michigan.
Bassi Igoe brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, with a background spanning development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and property operations. She joins Bradley Company following nearly a decade with Rockford Construction, where she most recently served as Development Manager on its real estate development team. Throughout her tenure, Bassi Igoe worked from the ownership and development side of the business, leading acquisitions and dispositions, negotiating commercial leases and development terms, evaluating investment and redevelopment opportunities, and partnering with ownership and executive leadership on development planning and investment strategy. Her experience spans retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use assets throughout West Michigan.
“Elise brings a valuable perspective to Bradley Company that comes from years of working directly on the ownership and development side of commercial real estate,” said Chad Phillips, President and CEO of Bradley Company. “She understands the many factors that shape real estate decisions and has built strong relationships throughout West Michigan. We’re excited to have her join our Grand Rapids team and bring that experience to the clients we serve.”
Throughout her career, Bassi Igoe has contributed to notable projects and transactions across Grand Rapids, including Grand Rapids Innovation Park, Shinola and Greyson, as well as the transformational mixed-use development on Grand Rapids’ West Side encompassing The Hendrik, Bridge Street Market, Wintrust, office-to-residential redevelopment and the Seventh Street Lofts Building. Her experience across development, leasing and property operations provides a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle, from evaluating opportunities and structuring transactions through development, lease-up and stabilization.
At Bradley Company, Bassi Igoe will draw on her owner-side experience and knowledge of the West Michigan market as she builds her brokerage practice and advises clients on commercial real estate opportunities and decisions.
Bassi Igoe earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Michigan. She is actively involved in the West Michigan business and commercial real estate communities through leadership and volunteer roles with Inforum, CREW West Michigan and Van Andel Institute, including service on Inforum’s Board of Directors and CREW West Michigan’s Board and as a JBoard Ambassador with Van Andel Institute.
